Debora Lance | Executive Vice President, Managing Director

 

As EVP/Managing Director of Wahlstrom™, Debbie is responsible for delivering Data-Driven Marketing Solutions with a Local Point-of-View. It’s all about producing leads that convert into client revenue--driving calls, clicks and walk-ins where and when consumers are ready-to-buy. By combining creative passion, strategic and technological insight, a belief in the power of partnerships, and a love for great ideas, Debbie helps drive clients’ business further by delivering measureable results.

Throughout the course of Debbie’s career, she’s led some of the largest local marketing initiatives in the U.S. for national brands such as Sears, Walgreens, WellPoint, Avis/Budget, Nationwide Insurance and Ace Hardware. She spearheaded the successful expansion of Wahlstrom™ from traditional marketing channels to online and mobile marketing. She also served on the Local Search Association’s National Marketing Division Advisory Committee.

Debbie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Cloud State University. In her spare time, Debbie serves on the board of Vail Place, volunteers for Cooking Matters, participates in a True North Group, and mentors high potential young women for both the IPG Women’s Leadership Network and Menttium.

 

 

 

 

Bob Kyker | Vice President, Operations

 

Bob is responsible for quality control and operational excellence by ensuring all processes are effective and are implemented efficiently using technologically advanced systems. Lean thinking and analyses are employed to create customer-centric value-added workflows and eliminate unnecessary steps and rework. Six Sigma methodologies are utilized to analyze results and continuously improve processes and procedures that increase productivity and accuracy. Dashboards are created to monitor key performance indicators. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a BA in Business Administration, Bob has been with Wahlstrom™ for 35 years and serves as a member of YPA’s Operations Committee.

 

  

 

 

 

Heather Johnston | Vice President, Client Services

 

As Vice President, Client Services, Heather oversees account services for several key Wahlstrom™ clients. A marketing graduate and enthusiast, her goal is to partner as a direct extension of each client’s marketing department and as a result, she has succeeded at forging strong client relationships. Heather strategically leads clients in their advertising efforts by proactively negotiating on their behalf and designing advertising campaigns that are aligned with the client’s overall business and marketing goals.

A graduate of Rutgers School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Heather has been working in the industry for more than 15 years. Her experience with various clients over the course of her career is vast; ranging from leading brands in the travel industry to various home services brands.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools as a member of the PTA, and also in her community, as a member of her town’s Women’s League.

 

 

 

 

Suzanne Spada | Account Director, Client Services

 

Suzanne has worked within the account services field for over 20 years; 15 of those being with Wahlstrom™.  She holds a of wealth of experience working, in particular, on agent/dealer programs, having served in a number of roles ranging from Account Executive to her current position of Account Director. 

Suzanne initially held a lead Account Executive role on one of the agency’s largest franchisee accounts and was instrumental in migrating locally placed advertising onto the National directory program. Returning to the organization after having lived oversees, she joined another of the agency’s high profile account as the lead corporate client contact, successfully developing and maintaining strong, positive corporate and agent level relationships. Her dedication is proven through these relationships both externally and within the organization.

In addition to her work on the Nationwide account, she continues to have involvement in a wide range of different aspects within the organization, ranging from business development to account operations and is at the forefront of changes associated to our core services.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling to near and far destinations with her family. She is happily married and the proud mother of two teenage children.

 

 

 

 

John Feddern | Account Director

 

Since joining Wahlstrom™ in 1999 as an Account Executive, John has assumed a variety of roles, including Account Planner and Account Manager. In his current role as Account Director, John has direct responsibility in planning and executing traditional and online campaigns for Nestle Waters North America, The Home Depot, and Bartlett Tree Experts, while also overseeing many of the Agency’s Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Lead Generation efforts.  He also serves as an Agency leader on reporting and research initiatives.

John is a Google AdWords Certified professional, and is a member of the Local Search Association Research Committee and the IPG Data Council. He graduated cum laude with a BA degree in Communications from Virginia Wesleyan College.
