Debora Lance | Executive Vice President, Managing Director
As EVP/Managing Director of Wahlstrom™, Debbie is responsible for delivering Data-Driven Marketing Solutions with a Local Point-of-View. It’s all about producing leads that convert into client revenue--driving calls, clicks and walk-ins where and when consumers are ready-to-buy. By combining creative passion, strategic and technological insight, a belief in the power of partnerships, and a love for great ideas, Debbie helps drive clients’ business further by delivering measureable results.
Throughout the course of Debbie’s career, she’s led some of the largest local marketing initiatives in the U.S. for national brands such as Sears, Walgreens, WellPoint, Avis/Budget, Nationwide Insurance and Ace Hardware. She spearheaded the successful expansion of Wahlstrom™ from traditional marketing channels to online and mobile marketing. She also served on the Local Search Association’s National Marketing Division Advisory Committee.
Debbie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Cloud State University. In her spare time, Debbie serves on the board of Vail Place, volunteers for Cooking Matters, participates in a True North Group, and mentors high potential young women for both the IPG Women’s Leadership Network and Menttium.
Suzanne Spada | Account Director, Client Services
Suzanne has worked within the account services field for over 20 years; 15 of those being with Wahlstrom™. She holds a of wealth of experience working, in particular, on agent/dealer programs, having served in a number of roles ranging from Account Executive to her current position of Account Director.
Suzanne initially held a lead Account Executive role on one of the agency’s largest franchisee accounts and was instrumental in migrating locally placed advertising onto the National directory program. Returning to the organization after having lived oversees, she joined another of the agency’s high profile account as the lead corporate client contact, successfully developing and maintaining strong, positive corporate and agent level relationships. Her dedication is proven through these relationships both externally and within the organization.
In addition to her work on the Nationwide account, she continues to have involvement in a wide range of different aspects within the organization, ranging from business development to account operations and is at the forefront of changes associated to our core services.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling to near and far destinations with her family. She is happily married and the proud mother of two teenage children.
John Feddern | Account Director
Since joining Wahlstrom™ in 1999 as an Account Executive, John has assumed a variety of roles, including Account Planner and Account Manager. In his current role as Account Director, John has direct responsibility in planning and executing traditional and online campaigns for Nestle Waters North America, The Home Depot, and Bartlett Tree Experts, while also overseeing many of the Agency’s Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Lead Generation efforts. He also serves as an Agency leader on reporting and research initiatives.
John is a Google AdWords Certified professional, and is a member of the Local Search Association Research Committee and the IPG Data Council. He graduated cum laude with a BA degree in Communications from Virginia Wesleyan College.
Heather Nybo, Account Director
Since joining Wahlstrom™ in 2003, Heather has served in various roles from Account Executive to her current position as Account Director. Heather has developed solid relationships with clients who trust in her knowledge of campaign strategy and measurement. She is the lead on the Sears and Petco accounts where she focuses on pay for performance campaigns across desktop, mobile and print media channels. Heather also supports new business efforts for Wahlstrom™ and works closely with agency management and operations to quickly integrate learnings across accounts.
Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Cloud State University and is a member of the IPG Women's Leadership Network. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two young children.
